LEVEL 5 SURFACE SYSTEM
Standard plastering leaves minor imperfections, uneven shadows, and bumps under modern LED downlights. Our specialised 4-stage process guarantees a factory-flat, mirror-smooth finish built to hold up under the most demanding critical lighting.
Deep Preparation & Structural Bonding
We clean and stabilise the surface. All damaged areas, joints, and deep imperfections are filled using high-strength, fast-curing compounds to create a solid, stable foundation.
Polymer Reinforcement & Mesh Matrix
To prevent hairline cracks and ensure long-term stability, we apply a high-performance polymer filler integrated with heavy-duty mesh tape across all joints and high-stress points — locking the background solid before skimming.
Ultra-Slim Level 5 Skim Coat
We apply an ultra-fine coat across the entire surface — not just patched areas. This eliminates surface porosity differences, filling micro-pores to leave the walls totally flat and uniform from corner to corner.
Precision Dustless Sanding & Priming
Using heavy-duty dustless extraction, we sand the surface smooth to microscopic tolerances without filling your home with dust. We finish with a high-adhesion primer, sealing the Level 5 surface so it is 100% ready for an airless spray paint finish.
